Cognitive Psychology

Cognitive Psychology is the exploration of the inner mind. Like how we remember, think, speak and solve problems. We basically use our brain for everything, when we use or speak or think we use our brains and its the thing that makes human special. Different from other species.

Inside our human brains there are attention, association, perception and memory which are all link together.

There are 5 different types of Attention like Focused attention where one is able to respond discretely to the speaker, Sustained attention where one maintain a consistent response during communicating, selective attention where one chooses the freedom to react, Alternating Attention where by one has the ability to shift their focus of attention between task and lastly divided Attention where one is able to respond simultaneously to multiple task/demands.

Memory is very important to a human being. Without memory it's like waking up every morning and yet don't remember anyone around me and repeat my life again and again every single day like the movie 50 First dates. Research says that human can only remember 10 things in sequence, well i feel that it may not be entirely true because the reason why i pass my history in secondary school is through memorizing and trust me it's ALOT of work to do so and well i should say memorizing is easier that math sinces i dont have to do calculations and stuff.

Associaton is the repeated paring of 2 concepts which cause one to lead to the other. Like an anticipation before an action.

I feel that the more we think the more our thoughts becomes matured. Like how we manage to make our life better because of the inventions we make? Like how we look at things differently when something happens? This is a process of living and there's no doubt about it.
