Can there really be a thing like best idea in the world?
We all need Variation, Selection and Heredity. With these 3 we can create evolution. If something is copied with variation and selected then you must have the design appearing. Any information that is varied and selected is called design. Everything is replicated.
Information we copy from person to person through talking, walking, doing something. This is how we replicate designs. It's important to stick with definations because alot of problems can be solved when we stick to definations.
Meme is not a information/design/you and me etc. It's about copying/passing it from person to person. Why do memes spread? Is it good, beautiful ?
A random memes like earphones, people don't design the earphones, they just went out and buy it because they needed it. Toilet paper is spread all over the world.
Memes are all copys of something. Human beings are the main machine. We alone is a meme machines.
All humans in this world are genes machines and meme machines. Genes machines turns the memes into memes machine. Memes is dangerous. Memes are using us to create more stuff. Memes are spreading because they must. It's like Memes are some evil mastermind of replicating. It's like using humans to create because we create memes by making babies.
From the talk i remembered the show Irobot where AI was created and it sort of took over the world. Like it no longer needs the help of human beings. From the video i can see her point saying that memes is dangerous. Everything around us is memes. like bottles, books, laptops, Tvs, Handphone. Everything even ourselves. Like how i am so adapted to this world that if you want me to travel back in time to live there i probably wouldn't know what to do. Everything is different. Well i agree that memes is dangerous, but i believe that we can overcome the memes. How so? I don't know but everything is created out of nothing so we can definately think of something. Like Electricity was created and it becomes the world's greatest invention. Just imagine the world without electricity. We could probably use candles. Just an alternatives i believe but we would not have school anymore because our course requires the use of laptops which requires electricity. Now i can really see the danger in it but we just can't help it.

Ideas are like virus. Ideas are like the parasite that hijack human brains.
Ideas to die for like: Freedom, Justice, Truth, communism, etc. Ideas are infectious as it spreads from grain to grain. We are all responsible about memes. Ideas are easy to be misused that's why it is dangerous. Ideas can live off because it is passed on.
Technology brings about many ideas. Technology is largely wonderful. Among those ideas that flow out into the whole world thanks to technology. Memes are spreading out around the world and they are wiping out cultures, languages, practices. Like pronography spreading out like memes replicating around the world. It affects the education.
How do we tell a good memes and a bad memes? we will never anihilate the germs but we can encourage the spread of the germs.
I feel that the whole talk is only talking about how dangeours ideas are from spreading through technology. I'm not sure if he is trying to make this his point but if it is i would agree that technology is used every single day. And it is perhaps dangerous. When we have the internet, everyone will abuse it like downloading things/ sharing files. Where did this comes from? Ideas? People thought of the idea of creating internet. The ideas spreads to people's mind as they realise that this idea can be used in different ways as well. It's not always a bad thing to spread ideas but one must know and be able to judge what ideas can be used and what not to be used.

Ideas taken from other people's idea. Like a circle. Before she writes she would always do her research and browse from other people's ideas. Human beings is just a vesile of passing creativity.
People in the past (greeks) don't believe creativity came from human beings. They believe that those has creativity uses Daemon to help them be creativity. Like Daemon comes out to help the artist to protect itself it's own work. People who has creativity to them is a genius. Being a genius than rather than having a genius. It's wrong from what she says. When one is being entitle as an artist (genius) they are being put under pressure and this pressure has been going on for the past 500 years.
Ideas of how she does work. Talking to the space helps to change her working process. Her work is all the same and intact but her working process changed.
when one is afraid of doing something or some work, the main idea for this is not to be afraid. Just do your job, your dance, etc. Do not give up and eventually things will keep coming up.
From my point of view as a student, well for a games design student i admit that i have been using most of my life playing games than eating. I admit that i have times that i am very distracted and i know that i am suppose to do work. I remember that i just can't concentrate because my brain is telling me that i am so sick of work. Sometimes i would tell myself that i would start work after playing for an hour or so but it always ends up playing games everyday. So i tell myself that i need to buck up and start doing work so i can kick out my laziness for a few days. Sometimes when i don't concentrate at school work, i would talk to myself. Like asking myself "Is this what you want?" "what will happen if you don't do work?" Those kind of stuff. Something feels weird when i spent alot of times playing games, i feel that i hate myself so much that i am so relaxed. haha...
I agree with her that the talking to space helps with working process. Well i am a person that doesn't have many ideas in mind, the only way to help me see more ideas is by looking at how people generate ideas or get an idea from a person online maybe and try to further expand the idea.
