What is the difference between soul and spirit?

He translate the most important book Timaeus and another book that is lost for a thousand years called corpus Hermeticism wrote by Hermes Trismegistus. Hermes is a legendary figure that pre-dated even plato.

de vita Libra Tres is a book that can let you lead a longer life. Why would one want to lengthen your life span? Is it just lengthening your life span but will grow old? if so i rather die peacefully instead of dragging my 80 years old body around. being old is not so cool because old people can't move fast and not to mention the aches we will get eventually. Unless we are talking about a medicine that never grow old but that will only make life more boring because you can't stay in a place for long.
There is only 1 paragraph Ficino concentrated on. This chapter was on how people make idols on worship. In order to learn more about propetious life, one must know what material the gods like. Like using the material the gods like to attract them. Like a force.
Men can't make soul/spirit but we can mix things to attract the force. Force from the moon like the flower that attracts the moon energy.
